Four "lost tracks" that we were playing live before splitting up in 2005. The band reunited in July 2019 for the first time since 2005 to rehearse for 4 days straight in the warehouse at Gaslight in St. Louis, MO, where basic tracks were then recorded on the Thursday, followed by a show in the same warehouse on the Friday, and another show in Alton, IL on the Saturday. Vocals and additional overdubs were recorded through the end of 2019 and early 2020 at Phat Buddha in St. Louis, MO.
